CANCELLATION POLICY

Wine tours - If cancelled within 36 hours of scheduled pickup, a full refund will be issued, less any non-refundable tasting fees imposed by the reserved wineries.

Airport Transportation :

When your flight is cancelled by the airline, you don't need to worry, a full refund will apply. Also, if your flight is delayed, we won't apply any extra charges or cancel your ride, we'll be there for you on time!
Flight not cancelled, just change of plans? If cancelled within 36 hours of scheduled pickup, a full refund will be issued.

Why do we ask you for your flight number in every airport transport service? To track your flight status and be there when you need it. If any delays occur, you don't need to update us.

We track your flight status on our airport transport services to be ready for you on every pickup and drop off service.

WAITING TIME POLICY

Reservation times have been set and some wineries have been known to cancel reservations without refund if guests are more than 10 minutes late.

GROUP Wine Tours - There is a 10-minute pickup window. Our tour vehicle will wait until 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. It then becomes the guests' responsibility to make their way to the first scheduled winery to join the tour at their own expense.

PRIVATE Wine Tours - Clients arriving to the designated pickup location late may lose their first scheduled tasting. Provided wineries are accomodating, time will be made up from the allocated time for visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake to get back on schedule. Additional time is available for additional charge at the end of the tour if your wish to visit the Olde Town, or perhaps another winery tasting (tasting fees not included) at a rate of $60/hr including tax.

AIRPORT Pickups - Get a 60-minute waiting period with every airport, or train station pickup service (15 minutes for any other of our transportation services) and never miss your ride.

We know you can't always be ready by the time you scheduled your ride, we know it better than anyone, so that's why we extended the waiting time. Your pickup time is scheduled for 1 hour after the flight/train's arrival time. Additional waiting time available at a rate of $30/hr including tax.

PICKUP TIMES

Pickup times are generally set to have you at the airport in sufficient time before your flight:

Toronto Airport (YYZ) - 3hrs before departure time

Buffalo Airport (BUF) - 2hrs before departure time

Hamilton Airport (YHM) - 2hrs before departure time

Niagara Falls NY (IAG) - 2hrs before departure time

Depending on your pickup location, we allow from 1.5 hours travel time. Pickup times may be adjusted due to inclement weather or foreseeable traffic delays.

As always, you are invited to request an earlier pickup time than the once suggested if you would feel more comfortable leaving early.

Be assured that Out of Town Lincoln will take all possible steps to ensure a timely transfer to and from the airport, but cannot make guarantees in relation to arrival times.
